Ingredients of Pani Puri | Golgappa | Puchka | Pani Poori :
- 1 cup sooji
- 2 tbsp maida
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ cup water
- Baking soda
- ¼ cup pudina/mint
- ½ cup coriander
- 1 small ball tamarind
- 2 chilly
- 1-inch ginger
- ¾ salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 4 cup of cold water
- Pinch hing
How to make Pani Puri | Golgappa | Puchka | Pani Poori
Step 1: Add Sooji, Maida in Bowl
Mix 1 cup sooji and 2 tbsp maida in a bowl
Step 2:
Add pinch of baking soda, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp oil
Step 3: Add Water and Knead
Add ½ cup water and knead
Step 4: Add Oil to Dough
After kneading, add drops of oil to the dough and cover for 20 mins
Step 5: Knead it little more
After 20 mins, knead it for a little more
Step 6: Divide dough into 2 parts
Divide the dough into two parts and dust it off with maida
Step 7: Roll it Thin
Roll it very thin using a rolling pin
Step 8: Add Pani Puri into oil
Take a small cup and start to add the puri into oil
Step 9: Press with a spoon to puff
Press with a spoon to puff, turn it over and let it fry to crisp
Step 10: Galgappa/ Pani Puri ready to Serve
