Paneer Tikka Recipe: Paneer is a fresh and non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with lemon juice and vegetable acid. The curd is then separated from the whey and then drained in muslin or cheesecloth for excess water. Thereafter, it is dipped in cold water for 2-3 hours to improve its appearance and texture.
Step 1: Take curd and mix it with Spices
Take curd (yoghurt) and mix it well with spices and salt
Step 2: Add vegetables and oil
Add capsicum, onion petals, paneer (cottage cheese), and oil
Step 3: Marinate and refrigerate it
Mix all the vegetables, marinate and refrigerate for 30 mins
Step 4: Insert marinated vegetables into wooden skewers
After marination, insert the marinated capsicum, onions and paneer into wooden skewers
Step 5: Roast it
Roast them on a grill, oven or hot pan
Step 6: Sprinkle Chat Masala and Serve it
Sprinkle some chaat masala and it’s ready to be served!
