Step 1: Maida, Cornflour, and Curd
Mix maida, cornflour and curd in a bowl
Step 2: Water and Vinegar
Add half tsp water and vinegar
Step 3: Mix it
Mix well for 4 mins
Step 4: Baking Soda
Add baking soda and mix
Step 5: Take bottle or bag
Pour the batter in the empty ketchup bottle or the bags.
Step 6: Oil and Ghee
Heat oil and 1 tbsp of ghee.
Step 7: Batter
