- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of saffron or Kesar
- 1/2 -3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Elaichi or cardamon
- 1 cup of sugar
- Oil or ghee
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tbsp. cornflour
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup curd
How to make Kesar Jalebi Recipe
Step 1: Maida, Cornflour, and Curd
Mix maida, cornflour and curd in a bowl
Step 2: Water and Vinegar
Add half tsp water and vinegar
Step 3: Mix it
Mix well for 4 mins
Step 4: Baking Soda
Add baking soda and mix
