Ingredients of Chicken Momos:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 small pinch of baking soda of oil
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • ¼ spring onion
  • ¼ cup carrot
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup minced chicken

How to make Chicken Momos

Step 1: Roll the dough

Roll the dough to a very thin circle

Step 2: Place the filling in the centre

Place the filling in the centre of the dough

Step 3: Bring edges of the dough

Bring all the edges of the dough together

Step 4: Twist and press

Ingredients:

Dough:

Filling:

  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup onions
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

For the momos dough:

  • Mix all of the above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl
  • Knead till the dough becomes soft using water
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth for 10 minutes

For the momos filling

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry garlic till it’s slightly brown
  • Add all remaining vegetables and cook it for a 2-3 minutes
  • Add sauce, salt to the mixture
  • Then, add the minced chicken  and cook the chicken till its soft and done
